Hotel Monterrey Macroplaza

The hotel and room were clean. The room was spotless, on the 2nd floor. Visited their restaurant Sierra Madre Brewing Co couple of times. The property of choice in Monterrey.

A little old hotel, nonetheless with excellent staff and free wi-fi. There were a private safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room, loved that.

Tbh, rooms were a little outdated.

Divine and fairly clean hotel with respectful staff and beautiful views to our window.

We loved our 1 night stay. The room was comfy with comfy beds. A shower, hair dryers and bath sheets was a plus. Check in was good.

Although some of the staff were kind of rude, I had a great stay. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Mm Cinemas.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. We loved the proximity to stores and main shopping street in Monterrey. Again, it was a short walk to El Zocalo. True 4-star experience, good service.

Staff and location were first class, the restaurant was large! And it also had exceptional view. Lots of food at breakfast, such as fruit, eggs and bangers. Pool was amazing too. Moreover, parking was nearby.

Overall had such great stay at around that time too. Appreciated how the a double room on the 2nd floor was arranged when we arrived. The breakfast offered lots of great meals.

Super location, loved the indoor restaurant. Room was freshly renovated and very specious, had private bathroom. Good bed. They provided FLAWLESS service too. Besides, there was reliable wifi, had no problem with it.

Beautiful historical hotel with very helpful staff, walking distance to bars and a movie theater. Room was squeaky clean and well priced. The bed seemed neat and it was tidy all around. Delicious drinks at music bar, special service.

We loved this cool hotel. Comfortable beds, a safe, a writing table and ironing facilities were a nice touch. The continental breakfast was the best part of our really great stay.

Breakfast was good hot and the team was approaching. Uniquely decorated unit with utensils and many plates. The location was optimal, a 10-15 minute walk from an art museum.

So glad we choose it, it's good choice for staying in Monterrey. You could walk to stores and main shopping street.

Scenic views, luxurious rooms, unbeatable location. Very professional staff, was always available with travel tips. All in all everything was excellent, yet we had flooded bathroom.

we loved our just perfect stay at the hotel and would love to come back here some time. quiet central location, perfect breakfast, friendly service and the staff was caring. we had a standard double room which was warm enough and double superior. impressive canal views. pool was nice and there was a particularly good restaurant on site.

Great value for money, you're getting fantastic service. The room was luxury and the staff were phenomenal! The rocky beach was near the hotel. Efficient check-in, simple check-out.

The hotel was quite clean, the room was nice comfortable and the bed was really comfortable. Exceptional location to hollywood entertainment casino. The safety measures include smoke detectors in the room. The staff did all they can for a good stay.

Good breakfast and very informative staff - it was great value for money. A walk-in shower was tiled and everything was brand-new. Top-notch service was provided here too.

Enjoyed the place, fine stay. Had nice dainties at Mercado Barrio Antiguo, located walking distance from the hotel.

Perfect position, great views. Monterrey Centro district is worth seeing. Enjoyed the standard queen room we had.

Nothing beats being in Monterrey Macroplaza. Besides, we parked the car on-site.

Courteous staff, EXCELLENT service. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property.
